It’s 12:29 a.m on my end right now, but here I am writing because I made a decision. Ah yes, after many months of life’s demands eating me up, I have come to see that it is what I make time for that gets done.
God gave me the idea for this blog, He encouraged me to write. He has been cheering me on in this journey, telling me to stay consistent even in the shadows. But my dedication to the work has been here and there. I feel like I need to always be in that zen moment to actually get this done; to write from my heart, refine the words to read better, dot the i’s and cross the t’s.
The mind is powerful; as much as it can be a propeller, it can also be the barricade that holds back. In my endeavour to let my mind recognize that this work CAN BE DONE—and that it is easier when it is from the heart—I’ll be embarking on a writing streak for the next four days. There will be five entries in total, with this being the first—so yeah, cheers to this consistency journey!🎊.
